Revision promise
Each audit includes a clearly scoped review of public-facing business signals. If your delivered report does not include at least five specific observations and five practical actions, we will revise it once at no extra cost.
Cancellations
If work has not started, contact us as soon as possible and we will review cancellation options. Once custom research or analysis has started, cancellation may no longer be available.
Refunds
Because the work is custom research and analysis, completed audits are generally not refundable after delivery. Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method through the payment processor.
Audit + Follow-Up
The $99 Audit + Follow-Up is a one-time payment. It includes the Optimization Audit deliverables and one follow-up review of public-facing changes. The follow-up must be requested within 30 days of the initial audit delivery. It is not an automatically recurring subscription, so there is no recurring charge to cancel.
