Refund and Revision Policy

Each audit includes a clearly scoped review of public-facing business signals. If your delivered report does not include at least five specific observations and five practical actions, we will revise it once at no extra cost.

Because the work is custom research and analysis, completed audits are generally not refundable after delivery. If work has not started, contact us as soon as possible and we will review cancellation options.

Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method through the payment processor.
